water theme wedding?

I'm starting planning my wedding! im wanting to do a theme of water. I know as a center floating candles parts I could, but I'm sure how else to go on the addition of water at the wedding and reception. We are not doing a wedding on the beach so I'm looking for ideas on how to add water on my special day? My colors are blue and white. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
